I was recently asked to do a video related to Intermittent Fasting with the focus on how to make IF work with your schedule. For instance, if you work long shifts or nights.

It’s perfect for nurses, healthcare workers, and anyone who works late shifts (or rotating shifts) and is interested in trying IF!

I know first-hand how overwhelming it can all seem. Trying to juggle IF, plan and prep meals, and find your ideal eating window isn’t easy. Plus, when you add in rotating work hours or crazy shifts, it can be a challenge.

The good news: It is possible!

Autumn Elle, the brains and science who introduced me to the world of Intermittent Fasting, asked me to do a video answering some common questions about utilizing IF as a shift worker.

She posted a Youtube video of my responses and I am sharing it with you! It’s a great place to start if you’re curious about IF, but aren’t sure how to ‘do it‘, because of a crazy schedule.
