I was recently asked to do a short video interview related to intermittent fasting, particularly as it applies to healthcare and other careers where you work long shifts.
I know first-hand how challenging it can be when you are first starting out with IF or trying to figure out your ideal eating window, especially working long hours and crazy shifts. So I am here to ease your nerves!
Autumn Elle, the brains and science behind the Intermittent Fasting protocol I follow, asked me to answer some of the most common questions about how I utilize IF as a healthcare professional.

Confession: this was my first time filming anything for Youtube. Cue all the nerves!! Being on camera is very new to me, but I had such a blast putting this together and know you’ll enjoy it! More to come as I get more comfortable being on camera.
