I recently recorded a video related to Intermittent Fasting with the focus on how to make IF work with “off” schedules. Like, working long shifts or nights etc.

It’s perfect for nurses, healthcare workers, and anyone who works late shifts (or rotating shifts) and is interested in trying IF!

In the beginning, it can seem a little overwhelming. You’re trying to juggle IF, plan and prep meals, and nail your ideal eating window. It isn’t always seamless or easy. Plus, when you add in rotating work hours or crazy shifts, it can be a challenge. But I’ve got your covered!! Check out all the ways I can help you crush your health and wellness goals.

A friend and fellow lover of Intermittent Fasting, asked me to do a video answering some common questions about utilizing IF as a nurse and shift worker. Because I cracked the code on how to make this work when your schedule is crazy, unpredictable or just insanely busy!

She posted a Youtube video of my responses and I am sharing it with you! It’s a great place to start if you’re curious about IF, but aren’t sure how to ‘do it‘, because of a crazy schedule.

Confession: this was my first time filming anything for Youtube. Cue all the nerves!! Being on video is very new to me, so it’s a little rough. But despite the on-camera nerves, I had a blast putting this together. I know you’ll enjoy it!  More to come as I get comfortable in front of the camera. #goodthingsahead
