Hi! I’m Dee. I’m a healthcare provider, I love intermittent fasting, and I’m an exhaustion fighting pro. Basically I’m into anything health and wellness. These days, I’m based in Boston but my nursing career spans 16 years and crosses multiple state lines.
Currently, I spend my days administering anesthesia for surgery and I use my free time to share tips and strategies with other nurses and healthcare professionals. Tips for intermittent fasting, exhaustion, wellness, you name it!
My mission is to help exhausted nurses reclaim their lives and their nursing career through lifestyle changes, wellness practices, nutrition, and self-care.
