So, I’ve been keeping a little secret and I am finally ready to share it. You may already know that in addition to being an Advanced Practitioner, I’m also a model.

But….ever since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of being in a pageant. Not one to let a dream pass me by, I began dipping my toes in all things pageantry a few years ago.
Then…I jumped in. A full cannonball moment. Let’s fast forward to the good part…
In 2022, I was crowned Miss Bikini Fitness Massachusetts. In July of 2023, I competed in the Miss Bikini Finals in Miami, with over 65 contestants, and took home a National Crown.
I am your reigning Miss Bikini Fitness United States 2023-24. A true Pageant Queen!
And just in case you mind wanders to those brilliant, buff women who have loads of muscles and minimal body fat…I applaud those ladies, but this is a different competition.
Miss Bikini is a Swimsuit and Fitness Model Search. It’s designed to start or further modeling and fitness careers, which is exactly what I am interested in. Their website describes it as a combination beauty pageant, model search and fashion event. It is also the opening show of Miami Swim Week each year. It couldn’t be a more perfect intersection of all the things I love doing!
Despite the departure from my typical posts, I am eager to dive into this new topic with you. I promise an intriguing look at the captivating world of all things pageant-related.
