Let’s jump into a journey through my daily meals, from breakfast to dinner. It’s important to make nutrition a satisfying and sustainable part of your routine. Even if you want to keep it simple, there’s so much variety to be infused into a week of balanced and enjoyable eating.

My day by day meal plan:
Breakfast:
- Scrambled eggs with spinach and whole-grain toast or
- Oatmeal with fresh fruit (berries, banana, or an apple)
- Green juice, coffee, or water
Snack (I usually pick one of these):
- Greek yogurt with almonds
- Protein smoothie
- Apple with nut butter
Lunch:
- Grilled chicken or tofu salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olive oil dressing or
- Veggie wrap / pita sandwich
- Diet Coke (I allow myself one a day)
Snack (I usually pick one of these):
- Hummus with carrot and cucumber sticks
- Pretzels with nut butter
- Handful of trail mix
Dinner:
- Baked salmon, chicken or a plant-based protein source (tofu, tempeh)
- Quinoa or sweet potatoes or
- Steamed veggies like broccoli, carrots, or asparagus or
- Side salad (or larger salad if no veggies)
- Sparkling water
Snack (optional, I usually pick one of these):
- A small portion of nuts
- Square of dark chocolate
- Mini Bag of Popcorn

Swap out the vegetables, or change the protein source, it’s really customizable. You can make this work with just about any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
